The hotel is conveniently located near a park, the center of Skegness, shopping center, and the seafront. There is a Coffee Bean just a short walk away, offering a variety of tea, coffee, and desserts.

Possibly the best and very lovely hotel experience we have had, would stay there again. The staff are accommodating, the venue is wonderful and with marvellous location next to Skegness for an Interview at Butlins as well as pubs.

Everything was really clean here, and the parking was free! the bed was super comfy, making for a great night's sleep 😊. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located right across from the park.

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast 🍳
Spent a couple of nights in this place and had a really nice time here. The room was nice, especially liked the spacious bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and my bed was super comfortable. , the staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome.

The hotel is the best choice in Skegness. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious with plenty of options. The hotel is brilliantly clean and impeccable. The location is fantastic and particularly good, being really close to the beach and amusements, as well as being close to everything. The breakfast includes eggs.
